About
Steve Porter is an ALM mentor/coach/trainer who has a strong background in multiple project management styles. Over the past several years, he has focused his efforts on Agile practices in general and the Scrum Framework in particular. He has recently worked as the Product Owner for TeamPulse, Telerik’s agile project management tool, and before that has filled the Scrum Master role along with the role of Team Member on many Scrum projects. His hands-on experience with all three Scrum roles makes him an excellent trainer. Steve is currently employed by Scrum.org and works in close collaboration with Ken Schwaber on his mission to improve the profession of software development. He plays an active role in the creation of all Scrum.org training material, and assessments. Most recently Steve was one of only 8 acknowledged contributors to Ken Schwaber's Nexus framework; a framework for scaled Scrum initiatives.

Congratulations on your designation!
Don't be worried about being a beginner, experts are still constantly learning. :)

My understanding of a cadence is that it's a set rhythm (at least that's what I can see in the dictionary). An on demand only cadence seems like an oxymoron.
That being said, I highly encourage teams that are on a regular cadence to do on-demand events as well. If you want to have an on demand review of work part way through a Sprint, excellent! Just don't forget to do the one as part of your regular cadence. If you're doing ad-hoc reviews through the entire Sprint, then your Sprint Review is going to be focused more on 'what's next' than 'what we already did' and that's OK.

Can't give a definitive answer on the source of the values.
The Scrum values have been around for awhile. Here's a reference from 2008.
https://www.implementingscrum.com/2008/03/25/scrum-values-learn-them-live-them/
I think they were created much earlier. Scrum has been around for over 20 years.
Agreed that Scrum Master and agile coach aren't the same things. There can be some overlap. Most good Scrum Masters I know are also excellent agile coaches.
I think KMP and KCP are different. I used to be a KCP. These are certifications supplied by LKU. Similar to Scrum.org's PSM and Scrum Alliance's CSM.
You don't need a certification to be a Scrum Master. It might make you better, but the role of Scrum Master isn't 'owned' by Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance.
